Chief Financial Officer

 As CFO of Clear Government Solutions Mr. Kendall has overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations of the company as well as specific responsibility for administration of CLW, which is a business unit of CGS.    Mr. Kendall has developed and documented the employee manual and other policies and procedures necessary for a smoothly running organization.  New initiatives, new hires and other activities having budgetary implication are first reviewed and analyzed by Mr. Kendall for financial integrity and potential budgetary impact.

 Mr. Kendall works directly with the operations teams to deliver the solutions the sales department has sold by directing the corporate resources needed for implementation.  This also allows Mr. Kendall to monitor and manage the profitability of each individual task.  As a key member of the management team, Mr. Kendall advises the President and CEO on cash flow, lines of credit, healthcare costs and delivery models, human capital, acquisitions and future planning and provides the financial and other management insights necessary for effective leadership of a growing organization.

In his role as CFO, Mr. Kendall also manages investor relations and reporting.  His proactive role in communications with CGS’s investors helps insure adequate liquidity for daily operations and future undertakings.

 Mr. Kendall has sixteen years of financial management experience as Controller and CFO with Clear Connection and has been the CFO of CGS since it’s founding in 2006.  His experience and knowledge of both commercial and government financial issues give him a broad perspective upon which to draw in navigating past financial uncertainties and future financial opportunities.
